# Junpeng Chen Source: https://hello.cv/junpengchen ## About Junpeng Chen is a Ph.D. candidate at School of Social and Behavioral Sciences, Nanjing University, China, and a member of International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP), Asian Network of Environmental Psychology, Chinese Association of Social Psychology, and Chinese Psychological Society. His current research interests lie in the three interconnected planetary crises identified by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP, 2024): climate change, biodiversity loss, and pollution. Junpeng now serves as an Associate Editor for Environmental Psychology Research, published in partnership with the British Psychological Society at Wiley. His perspectives are mainly from socio-psychological theories/fields, including environmental psychology, positive psychology, and educational psychology, etc. Topics include nature exposure, green consumption, solastalgia, flow experience, etc.. His former researches cover areas such as Chinese culture communication, leadership, and well-being. Having acted as reviewers for esteemed journals such as Journal of Environmental Psychology, Environment and Behavior, Applied Research in Quality of Life, & Personality and Individual Differences, contributing authors for Journal of Environmental Psychology, Environmental Impact Assessment Review, Urban Forestry & Urban Greening, etc., Junpeng is now welcoming review invitations as well as collaborations in any fields as aforementioned. He obtained a master degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages, and served as a Mandarin teacher in Liren Mandarin School, Glasgow, U.K. He also obtained a bachelor degree in English, and was a member of Translators Association of China with an advanced-level E-C & C-E Interpretation certificate. Junpeng has involved in many translation publications, and have won the United Nations translation award.
